RootsRCM is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Officer to join our medical billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing healthcare claims, verifying patient information, ensuring accurate billing, and following up on unpaid claims.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies

Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness

Follow up on denied or unpaid claims and ensure timely resolution

Maintain billing records and documentation
Requirements:

Proven experience in medical billing (U.S. healthcare preferred)

Strong knowledge of insurance guidelines and claim submission processes
